Job summary

ChemTreat, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Commissions Analyst to ensure accurate sales commissions and payroll processing. You will implement procedures, maintain systems, and drive process improvements while collaborating across Finance, Payroll, Compliance, and HR.

The role is based onsite at our Glen Allen, VA headquarters, supporting bi-weekly payroll, year-end activities, and commission plan changes. A strong background in sales compensation and payroll systems is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in a sales compensation or related role.
• Experience with automated payroll services such as ADP or Workday.
• Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook, with a strong aptitude for numbers.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational and self-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills; self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to maintain confidential information and clearly communicate financial results to all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Global Commissions Manager and focus on ChemTreat sales commissions and assist with payroll functions.
• Interface with multiple functions to implement procedures and controls, maintain systems, and drive process improvement.
• Based onsite at Glen Allen, VA headquarters and manage commissions end-to-end.
