Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking a Commission Analyst to support administration, calculation, reporting, and troubleshooting of sales compensation programs.

The role partners with Sales Operations and Corporate Systems to ensure accurate commission payments and data integrity across Anaplan, Salesforce, and Adobe Sign. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling large datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience with sales compensation, commissions, finance, or sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Validate sales commissions and incentive payments, including performing manual calculations as needed.
• Enter and maintain commission payment data within Anaplan.
• Research and resolve commission-related issues, discrepancies, and inquiries.
• Manage and process commission support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and excellent internal customer service.
• Generate and distribute commission and performance reports for sales leadership and other stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales Operations and Corporate Systems teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Support the development, testing, and deployment of enhancements within Anaplan.
• Validate data accuracy between Anaplan, Salesforce CRM, Adobe Sign, and other business systems.
• Document processes, procedures, and business requirements related to commission administration.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance when handling compensation and employee performance data.
