Job summary

The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to assist in creating and sustaining a pleasant work environment and excellent customer relationships.

The Senior Sales Associate will help meet sales and budget goals, supervise staff, and support work therapy programs within the center. A high school diploma or equivalent, sales experience, and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in sales and ability to read income/expense reports.
• Valid driver's license and strong communication, customer service, and supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales, production, and expense budget goals.
• Schedule store personnel and assist in payroll information.
• Provide supervision and training for new employees; back up Store Manager as needed; support work therapy program.
