Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking energetic individuals to join our Spokane team, delivering a high-energy client experience. You will greet guests, share the OTF concept, and guide intros with trainers to showcase our workouts.

This role includes front-desk duties, tour responsibilities, and active membership sales in a friendly studio environment. Competitive base pay plus commissions and bonuses, plus access to substantial paid training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and energy at the studio front desk.
• Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested customers (intros).
• Answer phones, assist members and handle front-desk tasks.
• Give studio tours to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with trainers to guide intros through the first workout.
• Sell memberships to support studio growth and retention.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert interest into memberships.
• Handle member concerns professionally to achieve resolution.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Keep studio areas clean and organized at all times.
• Assist the Studio Manager with membership, training, and admin tasks.

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge


• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as \"intros\"


• Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks


• Giving studio tours


• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout


• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive


• Following up on prospective clients


• Handling members' concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution


• Participating in marketing and outreach events


• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized


• Assisting the Studio Manager with membership, training and administrative tasks.

Compensation

• Base pay of at least $17.13/hr


• PLUS Commissions & Bonuses
