Orangetheory Fitness Spokane is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our energetic team at the studio front desk. Greet guests, present the OTF concept, conduct studio tours, and support members with a friendly, professional approach.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with enthusiasm, energy, empathy, and sincere hospitality.
• Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested customers in person and by phone.
• Work at the front desk: answer phones, assist members, and manage inquiries.
• Give studio tours and guide first-time guests through their first workout.
• Collaborate with trainers to help guests find solutions that fit their goals.
• Sell memberships to support studio growth and community impact.
• Follow up with prospects to convert interest into visits or memberships.
• Assist current members with needs professionally and resolve issues.
• Participate in marketing, canvassing, and local community outreach events.
• Keep all studio areas clean and organized.

Here’s more of what the position entails:

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, empathy, and sincere hospitality.
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumer - via phone and in person
• Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide 1st time guests through their first Orangetheory workout
• Understanding people's needs and helping them find a solution to fit their goals and needs
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following though on contacting prospective clients
• Assisting current members with their needs in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing, canvasing, and local community outreach and tabling events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized

Compensation

• Base hourly pay of $16.66
• PLUS Commissions & Bonuses
