Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Spokane, WA is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join a positive team and help people live healthier lives.

As a team member at the front desk, you will greet clients, present the studio concept, sell memberships, answer calls, and support daily operations while learning every aspect of the business.

Responsibilities

• Greet studio visitors with enthusiasm and knowledge.
• Present the OTF concept to interested customers (intros).
• Answer phones and assist front desk tasks.
• Give studio tours.
• Guide intros through the workout with trainers.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Follow up with prospective clients.
• Handle member concerns professionally.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Keep the studio clean and organized.
• Assist the Studio Manager with membership, training and admin tasks.

Here's more of what the position entails:

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge


• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as \"intros\"


• Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks


• Giving studio tours


• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout


• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive


• Following up on prospective clients


• Handling members' concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution


• Participating in marketing and outreach events


• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized


• Assisting the Studio Manager with membership, training and administrative tasks.

Compensation

• Base pay of at least $17.13/hr


• PLUS Commissions & Bonuses
