Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness, based in Orlando, is seeking a motivated Senior Sales Associate to enhance member experiences and act as a brand ambassador. This role includes flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time options, offering uncapped earning potential through commissions alongside a base hourly rate.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales environment.
• Experience working in a retail or fitness environment is preferred.
• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming members with enthusiasm and knowledge.
• Presenting the OTF concept to interested prospects.
• Maintaining the front desk and answering phones.
• Conducting studio tours for potential members.
• Collaborating with the coaching team during intros.
• Selling memberships to achieve personal sales goals.
• Following up on prospects to support studio growth.
• Handling member concerns professionally.
• Participating in studio marketing and outreach events.
• Keeping all areas of the studio clean and organized.

Life of a Studio Sales Team Member at Orangetheory

• Welcoming everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested prospects, also known as “intros”
• Maintaining our front desk which includes answering phones, talking to members, and other tasks that arise
• Presenting studio tours to potential members
• Collaborating hand-in-hand with the coaching team to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive while achieving assigned personal sales goals
• Following up on prospects and other outreach calls to support studio growth
• Handling member’s concerns in a professional and objective manner
• Participating in studio marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized

Are you Qualified?

• Experience in a sales environment (1-3 years)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a retail or fitness environment (preferred)
• Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred)
