Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to enhance our members’ experience and be a brand ambassador for the OTF community. The role includes welcoming guests, presenting the OTF concept, tours, and selling memberships to support studio growth.

The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, including possible weekend shifts. Join a team that motivates people to live healthier, more active lives.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retail or fitness environments is preferred.
• Customer-facing role experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and enthusiasm for fitness are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and visitors with energy and knowledge.
• Present the Orangetheory concept to prospects (intros).
• Maintain the front desk including phones and member inquiries.
• Present studio tours to potential members and guide intros to workouts.
• Collaborate with coaching staff to support intros and memberships.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive and meet sales goals.
• Follow up with prospects to support studio growth.
• Handle member concerns professionally and objectively.
• Participate in studio marketing and outreach events.
• Keep all areas of the studio clean and organized.

Life of a Studio Sales Team Member at Orangetheory:

• Welcoming everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested prospects, also known as “intros”
• Maintaining our front desk which includes answering phones, talking to members, and other tasks that arise
• Presenting studio tours to potential members
• Collaborating hand-in-hand with the coaching team to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive while achieving assigned personal sales goals
• Following up on prospects and other outreach calls to support studio growth
• Handling member’s concerns in a professional and objective manner
• Participating in studio marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized

Are you Qualified?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a sales, retail or fitness environment (preferred)
• Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred)
