Shop Made In VA in Old Town Alexandria is seeking a part-time Senior Sales Associate to help run the day-to-day retail experience. You will assist customers, manage inventory, and keep the sales floor visually engaging while supporting the team with daily goals.

You'll move between helping customers, stocking, and floor execution, learning the makers and products to confidently tell their stories and make thoughtful recommendations. This role rewards initiative and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to manage stock and maintain organized shelves.
• Knowledge of local makers and products is a plus.
• Comfort with moving between customers, inventory and store operations.

SENIOR SALES ASSOCIATE
PART TIME | OLD TOWN ALEXANDRIA

The Senior Sales Associate helps lead the day-to-day retail experience at Shop Made. This role supports customers, inventory and the sales floor while serving as a trusted resource for the rest of the team.

You’ll move between helping customers discover local makers, receiving and organizing inventory, maintaining strong visual standards and supporting the management team with daily sales goals and floor execution.

This role supports four core areas: customer experience, inventory management, maker + product knowledge, and sales floor support.
