Job summary

Bayer Crop Science is seeking a Sales Agronomist III to support the Minnesota region and surrounding counties. You will lead portfolio plans, advise growers with agronomic insights, and drive demand generation while coordinating with Field Sales Representatives and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, data-driven decision making, and strong communication skills, with up to ~60% travel to client sites. A background in agriculture and agronomy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bayer portfolio business plan with Field Sales Representatives for assigned geography, prioritizing ~100 growers.
• Build relationships with key growers by providing agronomic insights, product selection, and placement recommendations.
• Drive grower demand generation plans and support others' role responsibilities.
• Provide whole-farm agronomic advice through education, product selection, and placement.
• Collaborate with FSRs, TAs, and SeedPros on business planning and alignment.
• Monitor grower account progress and budget while traveling ~60% of the time.
