Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key growers by providing agronomic insights and product recommendations.
• Deliver grower demand generation plans and support others' roles to achieve squad goals.
• Provide whole-farm agronomic advice through education, product selection, and placement.
• Drive trials related to Bayer Portfolio with targeted growers.
• Collaborate with FSRs, TAs, and SeedPros on business planning and objectives.
