Pay Range: $68,100 - $183,700 annually

Overview & Key Responsibilities

Thank you for your interest in our Senior Sales Account Executive position located in Seattle. This role focuses on maximizing revenues and market share in Delta’s Seattle hub and surrounding area, emphasizing premium revenue from key travel agency and corporate accounts. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships, onboarding new agreements, negotiating contracts, project management, account performance evaluation, expanding points of sale globally, and maintaining agreements with key customers. The role involves leading community partnerships and reporting to the Sales Manager. It is primarily in-person, Monday to Friday.

The main goal is to achieve revenue growth, market share, margin, and volume metrics.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Deepen customer relationships, lead contract negotiations, and develop strategic initiatives to enhance market share and account performance.
  2. Analyze data to identify opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
  3. Coordinate team efforts with internal departments such as Sales Development, Revenue Management, and Global Sales Support.
  4. Present sales value propositions for ancillary services like charter sales, private jets, sustainability initiatives, online booking tools, and Cargo.
  5. Engage in new business development and B2C market events.
  6. Travel domestically and internationally, with some night and weekend hours.

  • High school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years account management experience.
  • Success in B2B2C selling and co-brand credit card promotions.
  • Experience with international sales and JV partnerships.
  • Deep knowledge of Delta’s products and services.
