Job Description:
Responsibilities
  1. Cultivate and build relationships with strategic investment partners at agency holding companies and clients.
  2. Oversee several existing high-value partnerships with support from sales management.
  3. Ensure mutual success between customer and Activision Blizzard Media, while maximizing the potential from the relationship.
  4. Manage business and technical escalations and continually communicate requirements to all stakeholders, internal and external.
Skills to create thrills
  1. 6+ years of media experience in an ad agency partnership or direct media sales capacity.
  2. Strong relationships throughout the New York market (focus on Omnicom / Dentsu / Horizon, preferred but not required).
  3. Working knowledge of programmatic execution and understanding of technology e.g., Google Ad Manager, video/mobile media products, audience targeting, and the programmatic landscape.
  4. Demonstrated experience in sales-focused or partnership roles selling through agencies.
  5. Ability to articulate complex requirements to achieve results.
  6. Comfortable building and managing relationships across business stakeholders, internal and external.
  7. Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience working through cross-functional teams.
  8. Demonstrated track record of exceeding client and revenue expectations.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $87,480.00 - $161,910.00 annually. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Your specific range and offer will be based on relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation, which is not guaranteed. Compensation offers are negotiable.
