Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a seasoned SailPoint Developer for a USPS ARIS-focused role, fully remote within the United States. The candidate will troubleshoot identity and access management issues, design governance solutions, and develop reports to support audits and compliance.

Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or ARIS, RBAC/ABAC, and integration of RESTful services is required. A Public Trust clearance is preferred, with opportunity to engage across agile teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of full stack development experience.
• Clearance required: ability to maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Preferred: minimum 7 years SailPoint development experience (ARIS).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot SailPoint applications, workflows, and data issues by analyzing logs, DB records, and configurations.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Design, develop, and customize business rules, workflows, and rule frameworks to meet complex governance requirements.
• Develop and maintain SQL reports for audit, compliance, and business reporting needs.
• Create task definitions and scheduled automated jobs for data aggregation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate enhancements and ensure smooth deployments.
• Review architecture with vendors, apply best practices, and perform performance tuning.
