Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a SailPoint Developer with USPS ARIS experience for a fully remote position within the United States. The role requires expertise in identity governance, SailPoint development, and strong SQL reporting to support audits and compliance.

The candidate should be comfortable working in Agile teams, participating in Scrum ceremonies, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deploy secure, automated identity workflows. A Public Trust background check is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of full stack development experience
• Clearance Required: Ability to maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Preferred: 7 years SailPoint Development experience supporting ARIS

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot SailPoint applications, work on workflows and data issues; implement fixes to improve reliability
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives)
• Design and customize business rules, governance, and compliance logic
• Develop and maintain reports using SQL to support audits and business needs
• Create task definitions and automated jobs for data aggregation and maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate enhancements and ensure smooth deployments
• Design, develop, and optimize SailPoint workflows to automate processes and reduce manual effort
• Review architecture with vendors, apply best practices, and resolve production issues
