Job summary

Mount Airey Group seeks an engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure access control solutions. You will design SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, integrate IdentityIQ with existing systems, and manage entitlements and provisioning.

The role requires 3+ years in ICAM-related work and a current Secret Clearance. Collaboration with security teams, owners, and users is essential, along with documenting configurations and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent related experience.
• At least 3 (three) years of experience in a technical role supporting ICAM solutions.
• CURRENT Secret Clearance.
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ configuration and administration.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, certifications, and access reviews to meet business-specific access control requirements.
• Integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ with existing access and authentication solutions.
• Configure and manage user access entitlements within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Automate access provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ features and functionality.
• Participate in the design and implementation of ICAM governance processes.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including security teams, application owners, and business users.
• Document configurations, processes, and procedures.
