TEKsystems seeks a SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer to lead technical work within our Identity engineering team. This role designs, develops, and supports IIQ solutions that govern access across enterprise apps, infrastructure, and cloud services.

You will build workflows, rules, provisioning policies, and integration patterns using Java, BeanShell, REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, LDAP, and AD, collaborating with security, operations, and audit teams.

Qualifications

• Deep SailPoint IdentityIQ expertise with hands-on development.
• Strong Java development skills and integration experience.
• Knowledge of identity lifecycle management and access governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support IIQ solutions across environments.
• Build workflows, rules, tasks, lifecycle events, and provisioning policies.
• Develop custom components using Java/BeanShell and integrate with REST/SCIM/LDAP/AD.
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in upgrades and tuning.
