Mutual of Omaha is seeking an Identity Management Developer to advance SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) in a remote setting with periodic in-person planning and training sessions. You’ll support development, configuration, and integration work for identity governance across enterprise systems.

The role emphasizes Java development, scripting, and working with relational databases, with opportunities for growth in identity lifecycle and cloud-based solutions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in development or IT support.
• Basic knowledge of IAM concepts.
• Proficient with Java, scripting languages and SQL with relational databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC, CI tools, and applying best practices.
• Ability to learn new technologies independently.
• Familiarity with version-control concepts and GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ components under guidance.
• Support access-management applications and automation scripts.
• Maintain configurations and integrations between SailPoint and directory services.
• Work with Java, scripting, and SQL to support identity solutions.
• Participate in modernization of identity governance platforms and cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document designs.
