Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior SailPoint IAM Engineer to strengthen the organization's enterprise identity program, emphasizing SailPoint ISC, APIs, SCIM, and DevOps practices.

You will design, implement, and optimize identity governance workflows—onboarding, access requests, certifications—and partner with IT, security, and business teams to establish consistent access controls across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of professional experience or equivalent.
• Strong enterprise IAM experience, especially IGA concepts.
• Hands-on SailPoint ISC implementation in large environments.
• Experience with identity lifecycle, onboarding, access requests, and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance identity governance with SailPoint ISC.
• Develop workflows for lifecycle management, provisioning, and certifications.
• Create scalable onboarding/integration using APIs and SCIM.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to enforce governance.
• Mentor IAM team members and support platform operations and audits.
