Job summary

Del Playa Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sage Intacct Solutions Architect to join our Technology & Advisory Practice. You will design, implement, configure, and support Sage Intacct ERP solutions for a diverse client portfolio in a remote setting.

The role requires deep Sage Intacct expertise, ERP project leadership, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable configurations, dashboards, and reports for CFOs and finance teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Sage Intacct implementation and configuration experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple ERP implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Sage Intacct modules, dimensions, workflows, reporting, and security administration.
• Experience with ERP implementation methodologies and business process analysis.
• Experience supporting data migration and system integration.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party software integrations.
• Strong project management and client-facing consulting experience.
• Ability to align with U.S. business hours (PST) with flexibility based on client deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Sage Intacct implementation projects from discovery through post-go-live support.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Sage Intacct configurations.
• Configure company structure, dimensions, modules, workflows, approvals, user roles, permissions, and system settings.
• Design and implement dashboards, financial reports, custom reports, and operational KPIs.
• Support data migration activities, including data mapping, imports, validation, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate and troubleshoot integrations between Sage Intacct and third-party applications using APIs and middleware solutions.
• Conduct solution testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Deliver administrator and end-user training sessions while developing documentation and guides.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve client processes using Sage Intacct functionality.
• Provide post-implementation support, system optimization, and ongoing recommendations.
• Collaborate with CFOs, Controllers, Finance Leaders, developers, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage multiple implementations with timelines and client expectations.
