Job summary

Haleon plc in Warren, New Jersey, is seeking an Associate Director, Consumer Safety Science to shape safety strategy across our consumer health brands. You will apply scientific judgment and partner with R&D, Regulatory, Medical, Quality, and Commercial teams to influence decisions that keep products safe, effective, and available worldwide.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences or related discipline.
• Extensive knowledge of pharmacovigilance and safety evaluation.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and risk management strategies.
• Strong medical writing and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety strategy for medium to high-risk products within assigned categories.
• Evaluate safety data from clinical, post-marketing and external sources; manage risk.
• Provide safety expertise for regulatory submissions and due diligence activities.
• Train and mentor safety professionals in evaluation, signal detection and risk management.
