Job summary

Adams and Associates, a security services provider in Sacramento, seeks a dedicated security supervisor to ensure a safe living and working environment for students and staff. You will lead investigations, coordinate staff coverage, and enforce safety protocols.

You will document incidents, analyze data, and collaborate with the Safety & Security Department to maintain OSHA/PRH compliance while mentoring staff and promoting Career Success Standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of one-year experience in military, law enforcement or security required.
• Must possess a valid in-State Driver's License and meet Company insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Works with security team to provide a safe living and working environment for students and staff.
• Conducts investigations of accidents and incidents with goal of resolution and reduction of future occurrences.
• Assists Safety & Security Department in maintaining a safe Center environment.
• Ensures Center compliance with PRH and OSHA safety and health requirements.
• Produces quality work in a thorough, timely and accurate manner.
• Plans, prioritizes and organizes assignments to meet goals and deadlines.
• Mentors and models Career Success Standards as required by the PRH.
• Provides high-quality supervision and management for the student population.
• Operational Support: provides timely operational support for Center operations.
