Job summary

Mexcor is seeking a Safety, Risk & Compliance Manager to oversee DOT, FMCSA and OSHA compliance across distribution centers and fleets. The role drives safety culture, manages audits, analyzes data, and leads corrective actions to minimize risk.

You will partner with Operations, Transportation and HR leadership, establishing standards and KPIs to measure safety performance and ensure regulatory adherence in multiple states.

Qualifications

• Experience leading DOT, FMCSA and state transportation compliance programs.
• Experience managing OSHA recordkeeping and safety training programs.
• Ability to conduct root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead DOT/FMCSA compliance across transportation operations.
• Oversee OSHA 300/300A/301 records and facility safety.
• Develop company-wide safety policies, KPI dashboards, and training programs.
• Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Perform internal safety and regulatory audits across facilities and fleets.
• Maintain regulatory records and coordinate reporting with leadership.
• Use safety systems to monitor performance and drive improvements.
