Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Safety Operations Senior Analyst for Child Safety to train and refine Grok, enforcing our terms of service and supporting safe operations. You will help minimize risks, enforce rules, and promote responsible development across our products, including X and Grok.

Ideal candidates bring deep online safety experience, CSAM/CSE expertise, and strong data-analysis capabilities. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy, escalations, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience improving LLMs and enforcing content safety
• Proven CSAM/CSE expertise with awareness of legal reporting (e.g., NCMEC)
• Background in online safety and harm reduction for large platforms
• Ability to interpret and apply safety policies to enforcement
• Strong data analysis and risk assessment capabilities
• Excellent communication and ethical decision-making in high-stakes scenarios

Responsibilities

• Monitor content and behavior for TOS violations with escalation
• Leverage expertise in child safety to identify and mitigate risks
• Investigate complex CSAM/CSE cases and escalate to legal or external reports
• Respond to time-sensitive escalations in high-impact situations
• Label use cases and support safety-focused project inputs
• Contribute to data quality and automation for enforcement
• Collaborate to improve AI defenses and policy alignment
• Provide feedback on tasks to strengthen platform safety
• Assist in developing classifiers and detection tooling
