Job summary

Stoner Electric, a Prime Electric company, is seeking a proactive safety professional to support health and safety programs across our field projects. You will help implement training, conduct audits, and ensure OSHA/DOSH compliance while visiting various jobsites.

The role involves coordinating with field personnel, maintaining incident records, and driving safety improvements to protect workers and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in safety or construction health fields.
• OSHA 500 Certification is required; CHST certification preferred.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing conditions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Safety Director in maintaining OSHA/DOSH compliance.
• Conduct safety trainings and jobsite safety audits.
• Travel to various jobsites to perform safety inspections.
• Maintain incident and investigation reports and participate in root cause analysis.
• Identify improvements to safety programs and implement changes.
• Prepare safety orientations for new employees and safety meetings.
