Job summary

Stoner Electric Group, a PRIME company, is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support health and safety programs at our field sites. You will work with the Safety Director to promote safe work practices, conduct trainings, perform jobsite audits, and ensure OSHA/DOSH compliance across projects.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, OSHA 500, and CHST certification, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required or three to five years related experience.
• OSHA 500 Certification required or in-progress.
• CHST Certification preferred or required where applicable.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments with changing conditions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Support health and safety program implementation and sustainment at worksites.
• Collaborate with Safety Director/Sr Safety Manager to boost safety awareness and reduce unsafe behaviors.
• Provide safety trainings and conduct jobsite safety audits and trainings.
• Ensure OSHA/DOSH compliance of safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain and monitor incident and investigation reports.
• Assist with incident investigations and equipment inspections.
• Conduct safety orientations for new employees and safety meetings at jobsites.
• Support field personnel on safety processes and pre-task/JHA planning.
