Job summary

The GOR Group seeks a Senior Safety Manager, Advanced Technology, to build a comprehensive safety program across fast-paced data center and related construction projects in Dallas. You will mentor field teams, drive OSHA compliance, and partner with operations to mitigate hazards while shaping a safety-first culture.

Based in Dallas, TX with national travel, you will lead incident investigations, develop training, and ensure alignment with client standards and environmental health requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of construction safety experience addressing OH&S issues.
• CSHM or CHST certification or equivalent.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA construction standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a comprehensive safety program across complex projects.
• Mentor field safety professionals and ensure incident prevention.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and oversee risk management.
• Lead investigations and develop corrective actions.
• Coordinate training and ensure regulatory compliance.
