Job summary

Graham in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Safety Manager for our Advanced Technology unit to lead a comprehensive safety program on mission-critical data center projects. Based in Dallas, you will partner with project teams to ensure every employee, trade partner, and visitor goes home safely each day.

You will oversee safety strategy, mentor field professionals, drive regulatory compliance, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate with operations to mitigate hazards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or BS in EH&S or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years’ experience in construction with safety, environmental and health related issues.
• Experience with data center or other mission critical construction projects.
• Certifications such as CSHM or CHST.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA Construction and State and Environmental Regulations.
• Ability to recognize training needs and develop training in EH&S.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership and guidance on project teams and field leadership.
• Lead investigations of injuries and incidents with root-cause analysis and preventive measures.
• Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs aligned with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee safety training, testing, and record-keeping for assigned projects.
• Manage project safety program budget and procurement of safety equipment and training aids.
• Develop and review site safety plans and crisis management procedures.
• Ensure site safety compliance with OSHA/EPA and environmental regulations.
