P&E Constructors, LLC seeks a Safety Manager to oversee project safety across assignments nationwide. You will develop safety programs, lead incident investigations, and mentor project teams to uphold a Zero Harm culture.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 90%), ESOP participation, and leadership of safety initiatives to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive safety leadership experience.
• Safety certifications (CHST/ASP/SMP/CSP) or equivalent.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction card.
• NFPA 70E certification.
• Knowledge of OCIP/CCIP insurance programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing the Site-Specific Safety Plan.
• Ensure site emergency protocols and medical services are established.
• Coordinate procurement and distribution of safety equipment.
• Support safety campaigns, recognition programs, and initiatives.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly safety reports.
• Act as primary liaison to site management for safety guidance and compliance.
