Responsibilities

• Oversee and promote all aspects of project safety to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and site-specific safety plans.
• Develop and implement safety programs, emergency protocols, incident investigations, reporting audits, and safety initiatives while mentoring project teams.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly safety reports.
• Conduct site observations and audits to identify safety trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and mentor staff in alignment with P&E safety standards and expectations.
• Serve as the primary liaison to site management regarding safety guidance and compliance matters.
• Coordinate inventory and return of project safety equipment.
• Provide leadership with feedback and recommendations regarding overall project safety performance.
