Job summary

Clark Pacific is seeking a Field Safety Engineer – Construction Safety Professional to support EHS policies across our construction projects. You will work with the EHS Manager, project teams, field staff, and subcontractors to identify hazards, develop risk controls, and promote safe behaviors on site.

The role requires extensive field work, travel up to 80%, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive continuous safety improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 5+ years of safety in construction preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Valid CA Driver's License required.
• CHST certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist EHS Manager – Construction in developing safety vision, objectives, and procedures.
• Conduct site observations and analyze jobsites to identify hazards and provide solutions.
• Lead documentation efforts and support Site-Specific Safety Plans and safety programs.
• Coordinate and conduct safety training for management, field staff, and project teams.
• Promote a strong safety culture by partnering with stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Lead incident investigations and manage hazard assessment activities.
• Monitor safety KPIs and ensure timely corrective actions.
