Qualifications

• 4+ years of safety experience in warehousing, distribution, or logistics.
• Experience managing safety programs across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA General Industry standards (29 CFR 1910).
• Willingness to travel to branch locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives across 16 locations.
• Develop safe material handling practices for HVAC products.
• Manage forklift and powered industrial truck safety programs.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe handling of regulated materials.
• Oversee safety programs for a non-CDL delivery fleet.
• Manage driver onboarding and defensive driving programs.
• Utilize telematics data to identify trends and coach drivers.
• Conduct branch safety audits and hazard assessments.
• Lead investigations of injuries and property damage.
• Collaborate with HR on workers' compensation and return-to-work.
• Create safety training materials and toolbox talks.
• Track safety metrics and report improvements.
