Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking a Manager, Occupational Safety to spearhead a proactive safety culture across Distribution & Transportation operations in Salisbury, NC. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• OSHA certifications strongly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CSP, ASSP, ASP, BCSP or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve safety policies, programs, and processes.
• Lead floor coaching to reinforce safe behaviors and accountability.
• Serve as a site leadership team member embedding safety in operational planning and execution.
• Lead hazard identification, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
