Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in preconstruction, PM, design management or related project leadership.
• Proven success leading complex pursuits with executive client engagement.
• Deep understanding of preconstruction lifecycle: strategy, design, cost, schedule, procurement, risk.
• Proven people leadership and process-improvement capabilities.
• Strong business acumen linking project decisions to market and client relationships.
• Degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture preferred; credentials valued (AIA/RA, PE, DBIA, LEED AP, PMP).

Responsibilities

• Set overall strategy and standards for preconstruction delivery.
• Provide executive governance for high-value or high-risk pursuits and projects.
• Allocate preconstruction resources based on workload and priorities.
• Create interfaces among BD, Estimating, Design, Operations and other service groups.
• Own and improve estimating, preconstruction, design management and client coordination.
• Review commercial strategy for major pursuits with leadership.
• Use market intelligence to improve forecasting and decisions.
• Ensure cost planning is integrated with design management.
