Job summary

HazTek Safety Management is seeking an experienced Safety Manager in Graham, TX to oversee safety operations on a data center construction project. This role is critical to ensuring OSHA compliance, implementing best safety practices, and fostering a culture where every worker goes home safe.

Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the project, conducting daily safety meetings, completing accident reports and investigations, performing safety audits, and coordinating with

Qualifications

• 7+ years direct construction safety experience on data center or mission-critical builds.
• Owner's Representative (Owner's Rep) experience highly preferred.
• Degree in a safety-related field preferred.
• OSHA 510 and/or 500 a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction project ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Conduct daily safety meetings.
• Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations.
• Daily safety audits and inspections.
• Oversee all subcontractors and contractors.
• Oversee Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation.
