The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing safety initiatives across various projects, collaborating closely with project teams and subcontractors to foster a strong safety culture.

The role requires a four-year degree and significant experience in building construction safety. Competitive compensation of $150,000-$160,000 DOE, plus full benefits, is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of safety experience in building construction.
• Working knowledge of safety and environmental principles.
• Physical ability to access active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer Shaw’s safety program.
• Conduct preconstruction planning and Job Hazard Analysis.
• Lead OSHA investigations and formal site visits.
