Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field is required.
• Previous safety leadership experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Construction Safety and Health Technician (CSHT) certification is preferred.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, and FRA regulations is needed.

Responsibilities

• Work with field supervision to ensure safety policies are followed.
• Lead the implementation of safety programs in the field.
• Monitor site conditions, including air quality and dust.
• Coordinate new hire orientations and safety training.
