This role involves developing comprehensive safety programs, managing Field Safety Representatives, and conducting audits and inspections. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 5 years of safety management experience in construction, and strong leadership skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of safety management experience in construction.
• Strong understanding of DOT, MSHA, and EPA regulations.
• Experience with accident investigation and claims management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and enforce company-wide safety programs and policies.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, MSHA, and EPA regulations.
• Conduct jobsite audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.

Connaissances

Expert knowledge of OSHA construction standards

Strong leadership and communication skills

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or related field

CSP or ASP certification
