Job summary

Lexington Health, Inc. seeks a seasoned Occupational Health and Safety leader to develop and manage proactive safety programs across the organization. You will protect staff and patients by aligning with federal/state guidelines and driving continuous improvement in risk management.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in OH&S or related field and at least 4 years of experience. A SC Driver's License is required, and strong analytical, training, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field (OH&S, Environmental Safety, Industrial Hygiene or similar).
• 4+ years of experience in environmental health and safety, occupational safety, safety or related field.
• SC Driver's License must be maintained and kept up to date.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage safety programs ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead investigations of incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate OSHA trainings and maintain records.
• Prepare clear safety reports and metrics.
