Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health or Safety and several years of EH&S experience in healthcare, with strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to train

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage proactive employee health and safety programs.
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain accurate records of safety activities.
• Coordinate OSHA-required employee training and testing.
• Lead and participate in Safety and Environment of Care committees.
• Assist with workers’ compensation claims and adjust preventive strategies.
