Responsibilities

• Oversee safety program and procedures for mega project or division.
• Develop division-wide safety procedures and trainings.
• Review trend analyses of accidents and incidents.
• Lead safety orientations and toolbox talks.
• Direct site training, equipment needs, and inspections.
• Review DHA and JHA with reports.
• Present safety status at District Operations meetings.
• Oversee injury reporting and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliant safety practices across projects.
