Join to apply for the Senior Safety Coordinator role at Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing.

Responsibilities include:

1. Serving as the Safety Team Leader for the local market.
2. Managing the local Safety Team and involved in related management processes.
3. Mentoring and coaching junior members of the Safety Department.
4. Conducting site safety inspections and participating in jobsite huddles.
5. Designing and implementing safety plans to meet program expectations.
6. Identifying OSHA compliance issues and developing site-specific safety plans.
7. Conducting safety meetings, training, and supporting new hire safety onboarding.
8. Reviewing and auditing Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs).
9. Managing incident response and reporting in coordination with Field Operations.
10. Ensuring compliance with site-specific safety requirements in collaboration with customer personnel.
11. Participating in industry meetings and coordinating safety department tasks.
12. Recommending and administering promotional and disciplinary actions as necessary.

Job Requirements:

1. Fluent bilingual in Spanish and English.
2. OSHA 500 certification.
3. Safety & Health Official (CSHO) certification for Construction is a plus.
4. At least 5 years of safety experience with leadership capabilities.
5. Relevant continuing education.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and in teams, with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
8. Proficiency with computers and electronic devices.
9. Ability to manage multiple tasks and foresee issues.

Education: High School Diploma/GED required; a four-year college degree is preferred.
