• Monitors workers' compensation program and liaises with legal and medical partners.
• Establishes and maintains a modified work program for employees with restrictions.
• Schedules and oversees the safety committee.
• Ensures OSHA and local regulations compliance and provides guidance.
• Manages Emergency Response Team and safety policies.
