• Lead safety audits and relay feedback to unit management on prevention programs.
• Monitor and interpret safety laws and communicate policies to staff.
• Develop and deliver regulatory compliance training for new hires and annual OSHA training.
• Maintain professional certifications and participate in safety-focused task forces.
