Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee the Southwest Safehouse in Durango, CO. The role includes supervising staff and volunteers, coordinating program services, and maintaining compliance with funding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Southwest Safehouse.
• Supervise staff and interns; schedule coverage and ensure program guidelines are followed.
• Coordinate services with other agencies and manage case management resources.
• Develop and monitor program budget with the Senior Director; assist with fundraising and grant reporting.
• Ensure trauma-informed care practices in service delivery and staff training.
