Job summary

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Solution Train Engineer to act as a servant leader and coach within the StarDrive Solution Train, guiding ARTs, IT systems, and suppliers in a SAFe environment.

The role requires coordinating large-scale solution delivery, leading PI cadences, and driving Lean-Agile practices across teams, with a focus on delivering productive outcomes and fostering collaboration across the value stream.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an Agile/SAFe environment.
• Proven experience working across functions and Programs to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and guides the work of all ARTs and Suppliers in the Value Stream.
• Lead and coordinate the large solution delivery PI cadence
• Act as a Lean-Agile Leader to the train and often as a Coach to others within the Solution Train and ARTs regarding Lean and Agile practices.
• Be a relationship builder, establishing vital connections within and outside the Solution Train to help the portfolio operate as a collaborative, adaptive network
• Facilitate synchronization across the Solution Train coordinating or hosting regular syncs to keep the Solution Train on track.
