Job summary

Gormat seeks a hands-on Solution Train Engineer to coordinate a complex, cyber-centric DoD program across multiple Agile Release Trains. Lead facilitation of large-scale events, align engineering teams, vendors, and external cybersecurity organizations, and coach Lean-Agile leaders to improve delivery.

The role requires strong SAFe expertise, DoD experience, and excellent stakeholder management. You will drive cross-team collaboration, risk management, and transparent reporting to program

Qualifications

Expertise coordinating complex programs with multiple Agile Release Trains.
Strong SAFe knowledge in cyber DoD programs.
Experience with DoD contracts or government tech initiatives.
Background in cybersecurity or information assurance.
Experience facilitating large-scale planning and events.
Experience using Jira and Confluence for program management.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Solution Train execution and large-scale ceremonies.
Coordinate dependencies across multiple Agile Release Trains.
Report delivery progress and risks clearly.
Guide and coach RTEs, Scrum Masters, and leads.
Promote transparency across teams and suppliers.
Identify and resolve cross-team impediments.
