Job summary

SBS Creatix LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in Agile and SAFe to lead complex programs in St. Louis. You will oversee budgets, schedules, risks, and project documentation, aligning teams and stakeholders to deliver on time.

Experience with large organizations or Fortune 500 environments is preferred, as is proficiency with MS Project and Primavera. PMP is optional. You will navigate roadblocks and drive strategic resource optimization across projects.

Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience in project management, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting or project accounting.
• Experience with Agile projects and SAFe.
• PMP is not required but a plus.
• 2+ years of experience at a large organization or Fortune 500 company preferred.
• Understanding of project planning principles such as timing, cost and the implications of project cost overruns.
• Ability to develop strategies for optimal resource utilization.
• Navigate the team through roadblocks to allow sprints to be completed on time.
• Expertise with MS Project, Primavera, etc., project management tools.
• Change management strategies and principles.
• Demonstrates strategic thinking in vendor management skills.
