Job summary

Autodesk seeks a Senior Support Associate to back our Digital Support Key Account team. You will assist strategic customers with daily operations, resolving technical issues and sharing product/process expertise. You’ll collaborate across Digital Support and other departments while guiding leadership on projects that advance the business.

BuildConnected, TradeTapp, and Admiin expertise are required. The role is hybrid in Denver, CO or Atlanta, GA with an 8:30am–5pm MT shift.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer support in SaaS with a track record of resolving technical issues and handling sensitive customer actions

Responsibilities

• Provide support via live chat, email, and phone to key strategic customers, resolving technical issues to ensure success
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Communicate clearly and empathetically throughout the case lifecycle and manage customer expectations
