Job summary

M&T Bank Corporation in Buffalo, NY seeks a Senior Technical Solutions Analyst for SaaS Applications to configure and optimize a portfolio of 10–12 SaaS apps, with a focus on low-code/no-code solutions and privacy/compliance.

This is a hybrid role on a four-days-in-office, one-day-work-from-home schedule; sponsorship available on a case-by-case basis; not open to F-1 visa holders. You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams on integrations, documentation, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's with 3+ years.
• Experience supporting and configuring SaaS applications in a technical business systems role.
• Ability to understand technical integrations and configurations, including SAML/SSL.
• Strong technical documentation and SDLC/RFC process familiarity.
• Excellent troubleshooting and holistic problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and configure SaaS applications, including user setup and administration.
• Support the consent management platform and cookie configurations.
• Coordinate configuration activities with vendors and internal teams.
• Create and maintain technical and process documentation.
• Identify automation opportunities and participate in API/AI-enabled solutions.
• Assist with SDLC processes and RFC processing.
